Our Services

Social and Community Participation

This service promotes inclusion & social well-being and is designed to encourage participants to actively engage with their communities and build meaningful connections.

This can look like support in participating in social events, recreational activities, community programs and skill development workshops.

Assistance with Daily Living Skills

This support item focuses on helping participants develop, maintain, or enhance their everyday life skills.

This service aims to empower participants to become more independent and confident in tasks like personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and managing daily routines.

Transport Assistance

This support allows us to transport a participant to an activity that is not itself a support – or to a support that is delivered by another provider.

This also enables the participant to travel to and from appointments or their place of work.

Peer Support

Through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment, peer support workers help you become and stay engaged in the recovery process and reduce the likelihood of relapse.
